- TECH inc was contracted to design and implement a Data Network Cut-over to take place during normal business hours.
- Through multiple customer site meetings, a plan was devised to ensure that all service would be maintained during the cut-over so there would not be any service interruptions.
- Data cabling for 200 existing offices in the headquarters building needed to maintain network connectivity for all users while installation took place. There was one closet on each of 11 floors. TECH inc pulled a 12 strand multi-mode from each closet. MDF to each closet category 6 horizontal we installed new jack and face plates.
- Working closely with the customer, the system cut-over was scheduled floor by floor around their operational needs and was a complete success without any daily business service interruptions.
- TECH inc continues to service all of the other branch sites throughout the Baltimore/Washington, DC Metropolitan Area.
