Washington Nationals Park
- The return of major league baseball to Washington, DC was a major event in the capital. The construction of the new 40,000-seat ballpark, was built on an aggressive 18-month schedule. TECH inc was contracted to design and install turn-key low voltage systems, using a high percentage of local labor and small business enterprises.
- Design-build delivery was chosen in order to meet the aggressive schedule.
- TECH inc installed a sound system that included over 500 speakers and broadcast cabling network cameras to support HDTV technology.
- The security system features over 70 cameras, 100 intrusion points and over 80 access control card readers.
- The stadium's 10 G network is the fastest on the market, and comprises over 2,500 drops that will operate over enhanced Category 6 copper and 50 micron fiber optic cabling.
- TECH inc provided management and resources on a 24-hour basis to meet a changing schedule and project hurdles.

- Substantial completion allowed opening day festivities to commence without delay. Low voltage systems were completed in time to allow opening pitch to be thrown. TECH inc worked closely with The Nationals Organization, The DC Sport Commission, and Clark Construction to attain the successful completion of the project.
