TECH inc. Makes Over the Fishing School
Makeovers don’t get much more extreme than this: In a single week, TECH inc., part of the team assembled by ABC’s Extreme Makeover Home Edition, participated in the complete demolition and reconstruction of The Fishing School in Washington, D.C.
TECH inc. donated nearly 1000 hours of labor to build power and lighting systems for The Fishing School’s new 6,600 square foot facility. The new facility features two kitchens, three computer labs, classrooms, a conference room and offices.
TECH inc. had 21 men on the job, providing set up for voice data, security systems, cameras, phones, and cable. TECH inc. also donated one free year of security service to the community center.
The demolition and construction of The Fishing School took place from August 23 to 28, 2009. The episode Extreme Makeover Home Edition featuring The Fishing School aired February 14, 2010.
