Ken has over 20 years experience in the electrical, telecommunications, integrated security and A/V systems industries. Prior to joining TECH inc and the Truland Family of Companies in 2001, he was responsible for the growth and profitability of several Low Voltage divisions within the market. As Vice President of TECH inc, he is responsible for developing new strategies and concepts for cultivating prospects and securing new work, management oversight of operations and organization of project management teams, coordination of technical resources, contract interpretations and negotiations, cost management and scheduling requirements. As a Registered Communications Distribution Designer, he also oversees the design and engineering of low voltage systems including telecommunications and data cabling, integrated security and A/V distribution systems.
Scott Mobley, RCDD

Scott Mobley has more than 20 years of experience in the planning, troubleshooting, design and implementation of low voltage communications technologies for facilities and clients in the commercial, residential and government markets. Among these are the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Gaylord National Harbor Resort and Conference Center, the United States Census Bureau, and the National Museum of the American Indian. Scott is an active member of BICSI and a BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designer, as well as an active member of the IBEW and is a licensed Journeyman Electrician
Amer El Souki, RCDD
Project Executive
Amer El Souki holds a Master of Science degree in Telecommunications, a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, and a Graduate Certificate in Wireless Communications. He has three years of experience in planning, designing, and implementing low voltage communications technologies for facilities and clients in the commercial, residential and government markets. Among these are the Securities and Exchange Commission, the United States Census Bureau, and Wells Fargo.
D. Kenneth Hyson III
Service Manager
Kenneth Hyson has 15 years of experience in the planning, troubleshooting, design and implementation of low voltage communications technologies for facilities and clients in the commercial, residential and government markets. Among these are NAVSEA Headquarters, Bolling Air Force Base, the Micron Semiconductor manufacturing plant, and Monster Technologies. Kenneth is an active member of BICSI, a BICSI-certified technician, and holds current certifications from Panduit and AVAYA.
Paul Henriques

Paul Henriques has 15 years of experience in the supervision of installation and integration of voice and data systems for public and private sector clients. Among these are the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Gaylord National Harbor Resort and Conference Center, and Wells Fargo. Paul is an active member of BICSI, a BICSI-certified technician, and is a Certified Fiber Optic Instructor.
